Meek Mill Responds After Vanessa Bryant Says He Is Disrespectful

Vanessa Bryant has finally responded to Meek Mill’s lyrics referencing the late Kobe Bryant in what she calls extremely insensitive.

Meek found himself at the forefront of serious backlash when a song of himself and Lil Baby leaked. “If I ever lack I’m goin’ out with my choppa, it be another Kobe,” Meek raps on the Lil Baby feature. Oddly enough Meek took to Twitter with the following tweet, “Somebody promo a narrative and y’all follow it…. y’all internet antics cannot stop me …. s–t like zombie land or something! Lol.”

This clearly made fans and loved ones upset, including Vanessa Bryant. Taking it to her Instagram story, Vanessa wrote the following message as she quoted the Meek lyrics. “Dear @meekmil , I find this line to be extremely insensitive and disrespectful. Period. I am not familiar with any of your music, but I believe you can do better than this. “If you are a fan, fine, there’s a better way to show your admiration for my husband,” Vanessa wrote. “This lacks respect.”

Meek would once again tweet another questionable and puzzling tweet. “I’m going back savage in this s— … f— ya feelings!,” he tweeted. Of course fans were all over this and once again Meek who would later delete the tweet and respond back with another early Tuesday morning. “I apologized to her in private earlier today not to the public…Nothing I say on my page directed to a internet viral moment or the family of a grieving woman! If you care about someone grieving change the subject!”

Fans still weren’t pleased as one suggested Meek should apologize in public since he offended Vanessa in public. The 33-year-old rapper continues a rough month of February. Earlier in the month Meek found himself face-to-face with Tekashi 69 at an Atlanta parking lot. Many clowned Meek for not backing up his words when he insisted if he ever saw 6ix9ine in person its going to be a problem.

Tekashi would later embarrass Meek with his new music video “ZaZa”, as the Brooklyn rapper include video of the incident in the video. Meek would then write a letter to Tekashi’s lawyers demanding the video to be taken down. Watch: (Tekashi 69’s Advice To His Enemies As Meek Mill Contacts His Lawyers)
