It always seems as Lebron James could never do no wrong, but that was until he decided to upset Nicki Minaj with his fourth pick of Hip Hop’s 2010s Mount Rushmore.
On Thursday May 27th, RapCaviar via their Twitter account asked their followers, “Drizzy, K-Dot, Cole and ??? Who takes the fourth spot on the Mount Rushmore of the 2010s?” Along with the debated question, RapCaviar gave Twitter four choices to pick from. Nicki Minaj, Future, Lil Wayne and Kayne West. With over 160,000 votes and as of May 29th, Nicki leads the poll with 39.3% of the votes.
One of those votes for Nicki Minaj did not come from L.A. Lakers’ Lebron James. King James made his pick public when he retweeted RapCaviar with his own pick of Future, who currently is coming in third.
Highly disappointed was Nicki Minaj who replied back to Lebron James. “Never thought I’d get the opportunity to give you the alley oop. But you almost had it. It’s N I C K I…EMMMM I N A J!!!!!!!!!!!!!,” Minaj Tweeted.
Nicki had a strong run in the 2010s as she became one of the top artists in Hip Hop and music period. Minaj is coming off her re-released mixtape “Beam Me Up Scotty“, which also features Drake and Lil Wayne on “Seeing Green”.
