Vlad Says If Convicted Young Thug Faces Life In Prison

As the YSL case goes to trial, Young Thug is facing life in prison if convicted of murder says Vlad.

While others choose to accept plea deals in exchange for freedom, such as Gunna, Young Thug is preparing for trial which starts on January 4th. According to Vlad, he recently got some intel from a lawyer familiar with the YSL case.

“So I just spoke to a lawyer familiar with the YSL case. If Young Thug gets convicted of murder, he will get life in prison,” shared VLAD on Twitter. “Under Georgia law, he will only be eligible for parole after 30 years. If he gets convicted for even 1 count in his RICO case, he’ll get 20 years.”

Vlad’s tweet comes days after Young Scooter and Trae Tha Truth pulled up to an Atlanta courthouse in support of Young Thug. Sharing a photo of Trae and himself to his 1.5 million followers, Scooter wrote the following in the caption, “JUST LEFT COURT WIT [snake emoji] HE GONE BE HOME BEFORE SUMMER.” Trae Tha Truth added a caption to his own post with, “Me & @youngscooter Pulled Up To Court To Support @thuggerthugger1 … Real Ones Need To Stand By Him… He Need Real Luv… Salute!!”

Young Thug has been in custody since May, indicted on eight charges. As the RICO case unfolds in Fulton County, District Attorney Fani Willis released an 80-page indictment, accusing the rapper of being the ringleader of the Young Slime Life gang.

At this point, according to Vlad, Thugga has only one choice that can lead to his freedom, cooperate. “The only realistic way out of this for Young Thug is to fully cooperate against his co-defendants. 300 witnesses will be called to testify in the case. Jury selection for the trial is scheduled to start on January 4th. What do you think Thug will do?”

Thug’s father doesn’t agree. Speaking with Infamous Sylvia, Thug’s father was asked about his son potentially taking a plea deal to which he said, “As a father, if they came to him with a plea deal and he left it up to me to give him the advice. I would tell him, ‘No.’”

“I can’t answer that because I’m not him,” Williams, Sr. responded to Sylvia’s questions about a potential plea deal. “I’m his father. My son is not guilty of a lot of things that these people [prosecutors] probably sayin’ about him.”
