UPDATE ON TEKASHI 69’S LAWSUIT FROM MIAMI STRIPPER
While Bobby Shmurda is moving carefully in the streets, Tekashi 69 on the other hand is not. Well at least that’s what a Miami stripper is claiming.
As first reported by TMZ, Tekashi was hit with an aggravated battery lawsuit on Friday (February 26). Miami stripper Alexis Salaberrios waited six days to file the lawsuit which she claims the incident took place at Gold Rush Cabaret. According to the stripper Salaberrios, the Brooklyn rapper threw a champagne bottle which eventually hit her in the head.
But why would Tekashi throw a champagne bottle? Well according to the Miami stripper and her lawyer Attorney David M. Tarlow, 6ix9ine reacted to someone calling him a rat. Unfortunately for the stripper she was taken to a near by hospital where she was allegedly treated for serious head injury.
In a statement released on the behalf of the stripper, Gold Rush Cabaret should be held responsible. “The Gold Rush intentionally chose to put profits over safety by allowing Tekashi69 into its club knowing that violence was likely to occur. When violence did occur, Tekashi69 was ushered out the back door and protected.”
Tekashi on the other hand is claiming his innocence, as his lawyer is confident the case will be dismissed. “There are video cameras in the establishment. It’s an attempt to shake him down. If he is served properly, we will immediately move to have it dismissed,” Lance Lazzaro told to TMZ.
