The Game Has A Message For Ebro, Funkmaster Flex, T.I.
As he prepares for what he calls his best album ever ‘Drillmatic’, The Game has a message for his doubters – Ebro, Funkmaster Flex and T.I.
After linking up with Hit-Boy, The Game has been on album mode for his upcoming album “Drillmatic.” After releasing his 9th studio album ‘Born 2 Rap’ in 2019, The Game declared himself retired. But, that is no longer the case. From introducing a brand new revamped “The Game” logo to posing on the gram with Kanye, Diddy, Quavo and Moneybagg Yo to name a few. It appears The Game is working on a pure classic.
The Game has also released his new single “Eazy” featuring Kanye West. “Head up faze, got a few concussion, yeah / Compton’s amazed, Dr. Dre percussion / God, please grant my n**** eternal life, we need the beats / Aftermath wherе you fall asleep, you do not eat,” raps the 42-year-old Compton native. A song which Jay Electronica called “one of the greatest records of all times.”
Aside from his daughter being his number one motivation for the new album, The Game has three people who seem to have doubted the L.A. artist. Taking it to Instagram on Monday night (January 24), Game shared Ebro, Funkmaster Flex and T.I.’s top 50 rappers list. A list that does not include The Game.
Sharing and tagging The Game wrote the following in the caption, “@oldmanebro @funkflex & @troubleman31…… I ain’t forgot about these lists… #DRILLMATIC coming soon…. HURRICANE GAME LIVES 🩸 y’all shoulda just threw my baby mamas in there too !!!! 🐐”
There is no question The Game feels he has something to prove with this new album. Linking up with Hit-Boy who recently delivered two classics with Nas, should have Game’s album in “Best of 2022” talks. No word yet when the album will drop, but according to The Game the album was half way done back on January 5th.
Till then watch below, exclusive footage by Hip Hop XXIV of The Game performing in Manchester back in January 30 of 2020.
