As she waited to see the judge, Megan Thee Stallion out lashed on Akademiks for Tweeting what she calls false information.
Minutes before court, Akademiks broke ”news” on Twitter claiming no DNA was not found on the alleged gun used by Lanez to shoot Megan Thee Stallion in the foot.
Meg got word of the Tweet and quickly went in on Akademiks. “Yall got breaking news 15 minutes before court started and nobody has even been called in yet?” Meg wrote. “Yall tryna win a social media campaign, this is my real life! Yall tryna get retweets spreading false narratives! @iamakademiks why are you lying? What did you gain?,” she wrote on her IG Story.
Lanez has continued to claim his innocence ever since the infamous incident back in the summer of 2020 where he allegedly shot Megan Thee Stallion. Meg on the other went on IG Live that summer and straight up accused him of shooting at her.
