Kodak Black once again shows his support for former President Donald Trump with a special birthday shoutout.
If you didn’t know already, Kodak Black was one of those individuals which were pardon by Donald Trump before leaving office. Before his release Kodak had been serving a 46-month sentence for lying on background-check paperwork related to firearms purchases in 2019. He would become a free man in January of 2021 and worried free from any previous legal issues thanks to Donald Trump.
The rapper would go on to Twitter showing his appreciation. “I Want To Thank The President @RealDonaldTrump For His Commitment To Justice Reform And Shortening My Sentence. I Also Want To Thank Everyone For Their Support And Love. It Means More Than You Will Ever Know. I Want To Continue Giving Back, Learning And Growing. @DanScavino.”
Since then, Kodak has continued to show Trump nothing but love. In fact, last month Kodak had a dream about Trump and again expressed his gratitude for the former president. “Had a dream bout trump last night, I love dat ni—.”
Moving forward to June 14th, where Donald Trump celebrated his 75th birthday, Kodak Black once again showed his appreciation. The rapper posted photos of himself wearing “Make America Great Again” merch personally signed and given to him by the former president. In the caption, Kodak wrote, ” HappyBirthdayTrump DT @realdonaldtrump #HappyBirthdayKodak #GeminiGang #FeelinPeachy Out Now.”
Two days ago Kodak Black celebrated his own birthday with helicopter and Telsa both painted in purple and gold paying tribute to the late Kobe Bryant. “I hate bringing this up. I want to send out my love to the Bryant family,” Kodak stated in the video posted to Instagram. “I feel so connected to Kobe and his unfortunate demise. When I was in prison I was planning on coming home in a helicopter but January 26 when I found out about what happened I took it as a sign not to due to the fact that we share the same initials, KB.”
