Host Brandon “Jinx” Jenkins along with special guests Bootleg Kev were left speechless when Jim Jones who appeared on the RapCaviar podcast said Pusha T is NOT a top 50 rapper. Guest Trent Clark agreed with Jones.
Recently Pusha T landed at number 29 on Billboard‘s and Vibes’s top 50 Greatest Rappers of all Time list. Jim Jones on RapCaviar begs to differ.

Jim Jones explains why Pusha T isn’t a top 50 rapper
Jim Jones on RapCaviar podcast talks Pusha T as a top 50 rapper.
“What has he done that puts him in the greatest rappers of all time besides talk about c*** that he probably didn’t get himself. He’s nice. He’s nice as s***. He could rap his ass off, but what has he done? Nobody has dressed like him. Nobody want to be like Pusha T. I don’t remember nothing,” explained Jones.
“And let’s not be evil, but we don’t talk about rap where the n**** that’s popping, the b***** wanna f***, and the n***** wanna be like. I don’t know too many n***** in this game that was leaning towards being like Pusha T,” added Jones. “Pusha T holds no weight out here. He not pushing no s*** around out here. I would put Big Sean before Pusha T. Cam’ron before Pusha T. Bro, you go in these clubs, I don’t know no records they play in the club with Pusha T. They don’t play his s*** outside. NBA YoungBoy before Pusha-T.”
Capo gives Drake his flowers
Just as Drake gave Dipset their flowers during his live performance at the Apollo in Harlem back in January of 2023, Jim Jones has continued to praise Drake throughout various interviews.
Jim Jones stood by his comments of Drake being the GOAT of hip hop when appearing on RapCaviar podcast.
“Drake is the only person that gets played on any place in this earth and they gonna know it in English. If you’re not putting Drake in a top 2 of all time, what are we gonna do? We gonna keep putting shade on his name. He has broke every single statistic period,” said Jones giving Jay-Z his props but noting Hov hasn’t put out “lit” records in the past 7 years.
