Cardi B Sentenced For Incident With Tekashi 69’s GF Jade

Hip hop artist, Cardi B has been sentenced after an ongoing case stemming from a 2018 bar incident allegedly involving Tekashi 69 girlfriend Jade.

As reported by PIX11, Cardi B has pleaded guilty on Thursday to assault in the third-degree and reckless endangerment in connection with a 2018 fight in a Queens strip club, District Attorney Melinda Katz’s Office confirmed. She was sentenced to complete 15 days of community service.

The incident took place at the Angels Strip Club. Cardi B would get into a heated argument with the bartender. The verbal exchange then turned into a WWE-like scene. Chairs, bottles and hookah pipes were thrown.

During the incident the bartender and another employee was injured. It had been long rumored that Tekashi 69‘s girlfriend Jade was one of the employees hurt in the incident, along with her sister, Baddie G. Cardi allegedly thought Jade had slept with her man, Offset.

Jade, would confirm the reports of the incident during a live stream involving 69 and Akademiks. After 6ix9ine introduced his girlfriend, Ak immediately asked, “Are you the chick that Cardi B was beefing with?” Jade confirmed reports by replying, “Unfortunately.”

Cardi fully aware of the viral live stream, did not respond back but did retweet fans tweet implying Jade was lying. This did not sit well with Jade who took to her IG Story and wrote, “A LIE??” Jade wrote with the crying, laughing, and thinking emojis. “DONT PUT WORDS IN MY MOUTH !” she continued. “Everybody knows the truth including your husband . LET’S NOT TAKE IT THERE. DONT RETWEET ANYTHING ABOUT ME OR A CASE THATS FAR FROM OVER !”

In 2019, Cardi B, rejected a plea deal in the case. She then pleaded not guilty in the case later in the year. The rapper was indicted on 14 charges, including two felony counts of attempted assault. Fast forward to Thursday afternoon (September 15), Cardi was sentenced to 15 days community service, officials said. Two full orders of protection were also issued for the two victims.

Jade seemingly responding to the outcome of the case as she posted on IG Story with 3 praying emojis and 1 smiling emoij, “God is good.”
